For each of the 18 high-current outputs, the following parameters can be individually specified:

  • OutputType: SoftStart: The slope of the rise can be adjusted when the HP outputs are turned on. With a 400Hz PWM, it achieves 100% in 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, or 3 seconds.
  • DelaySec: Delay in turning on the output. (0-25.5s) TimerSec: For future use, currently set to 0.
  • MinAmper: Lower current limit. If the output current falls below this value for "MinTime" duration, it triggers an error message. (0-25A) (Regardless of the error message, the output remains active.)
  • MinTime: The duration for which the current must be below "MinAmper" to trigger an error message.
  • MaxAmper: Upper current limit. If the output current exceeds this value for "PeakSec" duration, it triggers an error message, and the output is turned off. (0-25A / 0-15A) The output will only become active again after the associated input is turned off and back on.
  • PeakSec: The duration for which the output current can exceed "MaxAmper." (0-3s) (If it remains below 60A)

The outputs also turn off in case of overheating (T > 150°C) and automatically turn back on. The high-current outputs turn off in less than 5ms if the output current exceeds 60A or in less than 0.5ms in the case of a short circuit (Iout > 90A)

Optional remote control module

  • 24 push buttons can be placed anywhere as desired.
  • 2x24 feedback LEDs (operation, error) can be placed anywhere as desired, with the option for bi-color feedback LED push buttons.
